Waterstone Grand Clubhouse!
The Waterstone Grand is the featured amenity for residents of the 8 communities comprising the Waterstone Master Association. The focus of “The Grand” is to provide residents with a Four Star experience in a relaxed and clean environment. Whether you take in an early morning workout in the fitness center, swim a few laps in the Olympic-style pool, lounge by the family lagoon pool, catch the game on the big screen or bring your children to romp on the playground, it’s ALL included in your one monthly Homeowner Association fee. As well as the comfort that comes from our digitally monitored high tech Security and Access Control systems. The “Grand” is also WIFI ready for all of you that need to get on-line. This is why we like to think of it as more than just a clubhouse and quite simply “your backyard resort.”.

Summary of CAM Duties – A Community association manager (“CAM”) is a person licensed by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation to perform “community association management” services for “community associations.” Community associations include mandatory residential homeowners’ associations, condominiums, and cooperatives. CAMs are responsible for executing the governing documents, with the goal of ensuring greater good for the residents. The CAM plays an active role in running the day-to-day activities of the association, assisting with budgeting, and taking care of the common areas. In short, the manager has two primary responsibilities: Carry out policies set by the board and manage the association’s daily operations as governed by the Board.
