Charles R. Gugliuzza - Waterstone Grand Executive Manager

To Charles' credits is being named the 2008 Homestead Citizen of the Year. Charles received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.  He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and in Sociology with both football & scholastic achievement 100% scholarships. Salvatore A. Gugliuzza - AMPM Executive Management

Sal received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting and graduated with Honors from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.  Sal is a Partner of Alton Madison Property Management (AMPM) located in Homestead, Florida.  His current responsibilities include Director of Information Technology & Operations. Jeanne M. Sherwood - Property Manager

After graduating from Miami Sunset Senior High, Jeanne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. She went on to earn her Masters of Health Services Administration (MHSA) from Florida International University. Jeanne is a fifteen-year resident of the Homestead’s Redlands and is very familiar with the Homestead area. A licensed CAM (Community Association Manager), Jeanne is responsible for the day-to-day association operations including all aspects of customer service, project and vendor performance, customer satisfaction and making presentations at Board meetings. Steve Huggins - Hospitality Supervisor

Steve Huggins – Assistant Administrative Director - Florida-born and raised Steve brings 25 plus years of management experience in the fitness industry and international ministries to the Waterstone Grand Team. Mr. Huggins has traveled to over 70 countries. While in the fitness industry Mr. Huggins managed a staff of 75 which provided 24 hour service to over 3000 members. Mr. Huggins is a graduate of Trinity International University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education.

Hector Saldana - Hospitality Specialist

Hector Saldano joins the Waterstone Grand team as a Hospitality Specialist. Hector brings a winning personality and an eagerness to serve the Waterstone residents. The main focus of his attention is seeing to the everyday needs of our members and guests.
