Jeanne M. Sherwood - Property Manager
After graduating from Miami Sunset Senior High, Jeanne earned her Bachelor
of Arts degree from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. She went on to
earn her Masters of Health Services Administration (MHSA) from Florida
International University. Jeanne is a fifteen-year resident of the
Homestead’s Redlands and is very familiar with the Homestead area. A
licensed CAM (Community Association Manager), Jeanne is responsible for the
day-to-day association operations including all aspects of customer service,
project and vendor performance, customer satisfaction and making
presentations at Board meetings.
During the past 20 years, Jeanne’s professional experience has focused on
customer service, including ten years in the insurance industry. She is also
our in-house tree and landscape expert as a previous co-owner of Sherwood
Forest Tree Service – certified arborist.
Jeanne is very involved with her children’s schools and activities. She has
previously served as President of Sacred Heart Catholic School Home and
School Association as well as on the Home and School Board of Our Lady of
the Holy Rosary Catholic School. She is also involved with the management of
her son’s competitive soccer team and with her daughter’s dance company “Expressions” at Donna Lee Studio of Dance in Homestead.
