The Waterstone Grand Clubhouse is available for rentals. Please check the Waterstone clubhouse calendar for availability and reserve your date today! Please note that reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Our rental fees include usage for the area being rented only. A refundable deposit of $250 is required for all rentals. Note: Guest are not permitted to use the pools, or fitness room without clearance from the property management team. The Playground area may be utilized with direct and on-site supervision by an adult over 21.
Waterstone Resident's Rental Rates
Level 01– : $200 :– Exclusive use of the clubhouse – : 3hrs
Level 02– : $250 :– Exclusive use of the clubhouse and game patio – : 3hrs
Level 03– : $500 :– Exclusive use of the clubhouse, patio and all swimming pools – : 4hrs
(Only Available After 5:00 PM)
Meeting room can be rented upon availability
(Security deposits and insurance certificates required for rentals.)
